Hi and thank u :P

I was wondering if there is some way to make this control work on an ajax inabled page.
I am currnetly receiving the a sys.webforms.pagerequestmanagerparsererrorexeption - which occurs when a response is modified by calls to response.write(), response filters httpmodules etc.

Thats really great to hear.
The built in script manager cant handle responses that are altered using response.write().
My question is then HOW do you use it ? is there any other solution other then IFRAME ?

Maybe you have it in an area of the page that isnt really being updated using ajax. It aint working on any of my experiments.

many thanks :P

The trick is to place the "Export To Excel" control outside your "Update Panel". Try that and see if it works. If not, please send me your code and I'll take a look at it.

Add a atrigger

<Triggers>
            <asp:PostBackTrigger ControlID="ExportToExcel" />
</Triggers>
