Error/Prompt:  The file you are trying to open, <filename>, is in a different format than specified by the file extension.  Opening with Excel 2007.  BTW, this rocks, and solved my formatting problems, but i need help with this prompt i get when opening the file.  Is there a fix/workaround.

Glockster, The file that gets exported is actually an HTML file with XLS extension.  I believe Excel 2007 does some format checks when you open the file.  I guess, there is no work around...sorry!

There is a registry setting that will prevent this message from appearing:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Excel\Security]
“ExtensionHardening”=dword:00000000
